What began as his desire to help individuals and companies increase productivity and performance levels, has grown into H’s lifelong mission as he helps leaders from every type of business and organization drive peak performance, increased sales and marketing results. Highly respected as one of the nation’s most dynamic authority on the psychology of sales, marketing, and peak performance, “H” John has advised and counseled hundreds of small and medium sized businesses including many Fortune 1000 companies. In 1995, 1996, 1997, and 1998 he earned the CMC BUSINESS CONSULTANT of the YEAR award before buying in as an owner/partner in 1999. As an owner/partner at CMC, he helped guide the company to Small Business of the Year honors in 2000 and 2001. In 2002, he and his partners leveraged their opportunity for growth by selling their company through a merger and acquisition transaction with Meridian Enterprises. Their new alliance formed a 100 million dollar + a year powerhouse. He remains the company’s all- time leading sales producer with over 20 million in personal sales production. In addition, “H” John owns a video/TV production company and various real estate companies that invest in commercial, vacation and residential properties. He knows what it takes to build and run a multi-million dollar business. “H” was born and raised in NYC and graduated from Towson State University with a degree in Business Marketing. He played football at Towson (Tight End), where he excelled as a four-year starter, captained his team to a #4 National Ranking and a Lambert Cup Championship while receiving Academic All-American, AP All-American (honorable mention), and 1st Team All-ECAC honors. His team was inducted into the schools Hall of Fame in 2006. He still remains the schools all time leading TE receiver in pass receptions, receiving yardage and touchdowns. After college, he signed professional contracts with the Indianapolis Colts (NFL), Oakland Invaders (USFL) and PA Patriots (MLFS). While injuries shortened his football career aspirations, the discipline and training he experienced, provided a strong foundation as he transitioned into a business career. He resides in Tampa, Florida with his family. His hobbies include biking, power walking, going to the beach, movies, reading, traveling, writing, videography, photography, horseback riding and barbequing at home. |
